Mobile Toolbox is a mobile assessment platform supporting digital health and research workflows through app-based testing experiences. Our QA work focused on validating iOS behavior, assessment logic, device compatibility, subscription flows, language builds, release stability, and reliable user experience across mobile devices.
Mobile Toolbox needed detailed QA across mobile devices, app versions, language builds, subscription behavior, and complex assessment flows. The challenge was to identify issues that could affect participant access, examiner confidence, data accuracy, device-specific behavior, and release quality while keeping testing clear, repeatable, and actionable.
